Fremantle are currently circling Perth-product Reece Conca according to AFL.com.au, as the Dockers try to bolster their midfield stocks and keep hold of star ball-magnet Lachie Neale.

Conca grew up in Western Australia, and is currently out of contract at season's end, with the Tigers yet to renew his current deal.

Richmond announced the signatures of Shaun Grigg, Bachar Houli and Oleg Markov last week, although no news surrounding Conca's future has been released.

The 26-year-old was close to joining the Dockers in 2016 during the trade period, although the Tigers managed to re-sign the midfielder on a two-year deal.

Conca has played 17 games for the Tigers this season, and was thrown straight back into the side after suffering a fractured ankle in Round 15.

He's played the last three games, and will be itching to feature for the entire finals campaign, after playing the first six games of last season before injuring his foot and failing to return to the AFL side.
