Tasmania's entrance to the competition makes the 2027 out-of-contract list an interesting market.

As part of an array of list concessions, the Devils have the capacity to sign up to 18 out-of-contract players - one per club - across 2027 and 2028.

Concurrently, plenty of other clubs will be trying to lure the big names as the annual list build rigmarole takes place.

Has been on the record saying team success will be a central factor in any contract decision he makes. Will be in his prime so will attract big offers, with Tasmania reportedly having shown significant interest. A modern-day midfielder that a young club could build around. Has been sidelined this year with an ACL injury and the Giants' engine room has been noticeably worse as a result.
