Determining Scott Pendlebury's greatest career game is no easy task — especially when there are 432 performances to choose from.
It is quite literally the most difficult assignment given how many matches, and high-level efforts, he's produced.
But in a week dedicated to celebrating and honouring the soon-to-be V/AFL games record holder, it became fitting that a moment of reflection and admiration of Pendlebury ensued.
To play 433 AFL games shouldn't be understated, and given his composed and pragmatic demeanour, on occasion, his incredible feats and longevity can be too easily dismissed.

After a quiet performance in the first 2010 Grand Final, Pendlebury, and the Pies for that matter, made it a point to return the following week with a point to prove.
From start to finish, Collingwood held ascendancy over St Kilda, who looked tired and weary after a brutal draw seven days earlier.
Pendlebury, who famously earned the Norm Smith Medal under the alias of ''Scott Emberbery'', dominated the MCG on that fateful Saturday in October, collecting 29 possessions, 11 tackles and six clearances.
He claimed 10 Norm Smith votes, narrowly pipping youngster Steele Sidebottom (eight), while Dale Thomas (four) and Dane Swan (three) also polled.
