Who does everyone think is the best player in the AFL right now?

Thanks to Zero Hanger's AFL Player Ratings, we have an answer.

The fan-voted AFL Player Rater pits two players against each other based on their position, using a proven Elo rating algorithm - the same system used in global sports rankings - to produce the live and real-time results.

Honourable mention must go to Melbourne captain Max Gawn, who despite not currently sitting inside the top 10, has maintained a league-leading win rate of 96.9 percent.

His performances, even when carrying a knee injury, is spectacular, and has been a real superman for the under-siege and injured Bulldog outfit.

His slight edge over Cameron is minimal (2266.2 ratings points).
