Port Adelaide forward Mitch Georgiades is a late out for tomorrow's clash with Sydney, opening the door for mid-season draftee Alex Van Wyk to make his AFL debut.
Georgiades has been withdrawn with illness (virus).
Van Wyk joined the Power in May's mid-season intake, selected with Pick 14 as a talented tap ruckman from North Adelaide in the SANFL.
He averaged 23 hitouts, 8.6 disposals and 2.4 marks in his seven games for the Roosters before his AFL selection.
Last week, Van Wyk recorded 23 hitouts, seven disposals, five marks and two rebound 50s in the heavy loss to Norwood in the SANFL.
"He's attitude towards making this footy club better," Power coach Josh Carr said of Van Wyk.
"Every conversation you have about the disappointment he has about not giving his teammates first service around the stoppage, but also his willingness to work on his game. He's one of the first here every morning since he's come here.
"It's great to see him get some reward."
Joining Van Wyk in the senior side is Tom Anastasopoulos, who replaced Jack Watkins (hamstring).
The Swans made four changes to Saturday's line-up, with Will Edwards (ankle) and James Rowbottom (hand) out injured alongside Dane Rampe and Malcolm Rosas.
Key defenders Lewis Melican and Joel Hamling come in to bolster the backline, while Sam Wicks and Jesse Dattoli return.
