North Melbourne has farewelled Bailey Scott, Callum Coleman-Jones, Robert Hansen jnr and Brayden George, confirming the quartet will not be offered contracts for the 2027 season.
Scott followed his father Robert to the Kangaroos, and was drafted with Pick 49 in 2018. He played 116 games across eight seasons in a variety of roles, mainly across the wing and the half back.
North Melbourne welcomed Coleman-Jones from Richmond at the end of 2022 after just nine games in the yellow and black.
The ruck-forward improved his outings at Arden Street, playing 28 matches for the Kangaroos. He was Pick 20 in 2017.
Hansen jnr joined the Kangaroos via the 2023 AFL Mid-Season Rookie Draft. The small forward went on to play 20 senior matches across his three seasons at the club but none this season. He kicked seven goals during his time.
George was drafted with Pick 26 in 2022, but was handed a litany of serious injuries which hindered his time at the Kangaroos.
Littered with top-line talent, the mid-forward was an exciting prospect, but unfortunately never realised it at AFL level due to the injuries, and failed to play a senior game.
George played in the VFL for the majority of the year, but never could crack into Alastair Clarkson's side.
Kangaroos general manager of football Todd Viney thanked all four players for their commitment to the club.
"We thank Bailey, Callum, Robbie and Brayden for their hard work and dedication to North Melbourne throughout their time at the club," Viney said.
"We wish all four boys every success in their future endeavours."
