Melbourne Demon Harry Sharp has committed his future to the red and the blue, signing on the dotted line to stay with the storied club until the end of 2030.
Already contracted for next season, Sharp has been rewarded for a stellar 2026 campaign. Sharp has been one of the most eye-catching stories of the side's rise under first-year coach Steven King.
The former Lion has played the most games he's ever managed in a season this year, with scope to improve that high-water mark with two rounds and a finals series to come. He is averaging career-best numbers in almost every statistical category, and has notched 25 majors from 21 games.
Sharp's most recent performance was arguably his best yet, producing three goals - a career-high - in a high-stakes clash with the Dockers. Sharp's nine contested possessions in the match were also the most he's managed in a given outing in his young career.

Demons list boss Tim Lamb spoke glowingly of the wingman as the extension was announced on Tuesday.
“Harry has developed into a pivotal member of our team, and we are pleased to see him remain with us until 2030,” Lamb said.
“His running capacity and willingness to play his role for our team make him a true asset.
“Harry has put a tremendous amount of work into his game, and his development over this season has been outstanding to watch.
“We look forward to seeing what Harry can continue to bring to our program in the years to come.”
