It's officially the AFL off-season, with free agency opening on Friday, and the 2026 Trade Period will follow just days later.
All 18 clubs look set to be active in the player movement space, with some busier than others in looking to lure talent through their doors.
Hawthorn, Carlton and the Western Bulldogs pose as the busiest clubs in the off-season, while almost every team has been linked to a rival player.

The Crows have lost one soldier already, with key defender and free agent Jordon Butts nominating the Western Bulldogs as his club for 2027. It's a five-year contract, so Adelaide could receive a decent compensation pick in return.
The Texan has retired, which will leave a hole of talent and leadership in the forward line, but Adelaide will be hoping Riley Thilthorpe and Darcy Fogarty can come to the fore.
Gold Coast defender Charlie Ballard is in the Crows' sights, while Nick Murray could join Butts on the move. As could be forward Luke Pedlar, who has interest from Port Adelaide and Essendon.
