In a special episode of Craft of the Draft, leading player agent Tim Hazell was at the desk to discuss the chances of Vivid Sports Management's top prospects at next week's Mid-Season Draft, with just four days until the intake.
The player agency takes care of leading Talent League prospect Ollie Griffin, Frankston pair Jackson Voss and Harrison Coe and tall duo Max Mapley and James Tarrant, among others.
All have attracted interest ahead of the intake, with Hazell providing the low-down on what each prospect would offer to an AFL list.

Ollie Griffin (Sandringham Dragons forward)
"He's powerful, (with) big hands, (and) can clunk it. Can play that third or second tall. His work rate is one of his standout attributes.
"He missed last week in the VFL with a sore thumb in a training incident. He'll be back this weekend. He's met with multiple clubs so we're excited to see where things stand with Ollie.
"His running ability to create chaos in the contest and he's so hard over the ball and his pressure around the ball are AFL attributes that will hold him in good stead."

Noah McMenamin (Western Jets, defender)
"A Western Jets boy, (Noah) can intercept, run, (and) has a beautiful kick.
"Played some good footy last year and has come out this year and taken his game to the next level due to a big pre-season. He got a long stronger and his confidence has grown as a result of that.
"Five or six weeks ago (the interest started) so it's been pretty steady. Being more physical in the air and the contest and just back (sic) himself in (were the focuses).
"His intercept mark and ability to read the play are his standout attributes so with (Christian Stagliano) the Western Jets coach we've encouraged him to make the most of those moments."
Harrison Coe (Frankston, ruck)
"Has just played some really good footy and this year he's stepped up his game. His travel with work and what he does in a day and tries to play football on top of that has been his biggest challenge. He's on the tools, up early, an hour in the car, hour in the car, back to training, late home and then repeat.
"We really think if he could get himself into a system, he could really grow quickly. He's really real about the situation. He's excited his name's in the mix, but he's head down, bum up.
"The thing with Harry's game is he's really good around the ground, he can link up and get the ball when not in the ruck contests which is a key attribute to these rucks coming through. The last couple of weeks (the hype) has heightened a little bit but he's not overthinking it."
Max Mapley (Tasmania Devils, tall utility)
"He's a ripper. What I've loved about Max is he's played undersized in the ruck, but he's also got attributes to play forward and back so I've said this a couple of times: he's a bit of a Rory Lobb because he has the ability to do multiple things.
"His follow up and ability to do things when the ball hits the deck is pretty rare. Ideally, we would have liked to have seen him in other positions this year just to show he has those attributes but looking at his footy for Clarence in the Tassie local league last year, he's played the centre half back role which we've loved, he's really comfortable there. He's got scope to become a good tall defender and pinch in the ruck if necessary."
James Tarrant (North Melbourne, tall utility)
"James is an investment banker who turns up to training in a suit, trains, puts the suit back on and gets back to work, so he's got heaps of upside as well.
"James has been out in the last couple of weeks with a slight ‘hammy' which has been challenging for James but he's still got some genuine interest and has a ceiling to go with his footy.
"He understands the landscape of footy and understands sometimes you've got to work a little bit harder for it so he's been invested in himself to get the best out of himself. He's got some really good mentors in Tom Lynch and Adam Marcon, some superstars of VFL/AFL.
"Hopefully he gets an opportunity but if not, he'll go back to his craft and finish off the year really tightly but it will be interesting to see how the whole ruck division pans out."
Jackson Voss (Frankston, defender)

"Jackson's had a super year. He's had some highs and lows along his journey but the thing I've loved about working with Jackson is how composed and appreciative he is to put himself in this position. I think he's done everything he can to get a home.
"Tom (McCarthy) and Jackson are best mates so they speak daily. Tom is texting me asking me ‘is there a chance?'. It's romantic that the two best mates could end up in Western Australia together but there's a bit of water to go under the bridge first."
Mitch Podhajski (Coburg, forward)
"He's done everything right. He's a dead-ringer at goal and a couple of teams have an appetite to get a bull forward in. He's doing what he can and we're hoping it falls his way. He's been doing his absolute best to put himself in this position."
Jed Hagan (Tasmania Devils, forward)
"It was a big move for Jed to go from Perth to Tassie. He's ultra professional, he loves football, he's got a great job down there, his partner has gone with him but footy is what he's gone down there for. From a work rate, a human being who could drop into an AFL system, he ticks all the boxes."
