North Melbourne will be without key defender Robbie Tarrant when the Roos take on Melbourne at the MCG on Saturday afternoon.

Tarrant will be replaced in the side by Majak Daw, and will miss the game with hamstring soreness.

The Roos are looking to extend the league’s biggest winning streak between two sides, having beaten Melbourne on the last 17 occasions.

Melbourne will enter the clash as named.
