Greater Western Sydney's Josh Kelly has won the AFLPA Player of the Month for May.
Kelly (25 percent of the player votes) just edged out Geelong midfielder Patrick Dangerfield (23 percent of the votes) and Richmond's Dustin Martin.
Kelly is the second player to be recognised as the AFLPA MVP of the Month, with Rory Sloane winning the inaugural award last month.
Alex Rance, Michael Hurley and Scott Pendlebury were the other nominees for May.
Leigh Matthews, Chris Judd, Gerard Healy and Tim Watson, all former winners of the AFLPA MVP, make up the voting panel. The four panel members pick six nominees for each month, before current players then vote to decide the winner.
