Fremantle has suffered a huge blow early in its clash with St Kilda at Domain Stadium, with ruckman Aaron Sandilans injuring his hamstring in the first quarter.
Sandilands was returning from a hamstring injury which has kept him out for the past four weeks.
The ruck duties for the remainder of the match will be left to youngster Sean Darcy, who is playing just his second game.
