The Swans have made two changes ahead of their clash with Hawthorn at the SCG.

Star forward Lance Franklin (groin) and gun midfielder Luke Parker (groin) have withdrawn from the contest and have been replaced by youngsters Jordan Dawson and Robbie Fox.

“We gave both players absolutely every opportunity but they both have really slight groin issues,” Swans head of football Tom Harley told the club website.

“We had our main training session on Thursday and then a light run on Friday and we were prepared to give them both right up until game day.

“Unforunately both players were unable to get up.”
