The 2017 pre-season competition, or the JLT Community Series, begins this Thursday night, with Collingwood taking on Essendon at Etihad Stadium.
All clubs will play three matches within a four-week period.
As has been the case the past few seasons, the matches will merely be practice matches, with no winner after the competition.
