Adelaide has re-signed defender Kyle Hartigan for a further three years, keeping him at the club until the end of the 2020 season.

He is the second Crows defender to re-sign in a week, after Luke Brown re-committed last week.

Hartigan, 25, has played 51 games for the Crows, since being recruited with pick 14 in the 2012 Rookie Draft.

Adelaide list manager, Justin Reid said the club is thrilled to re-sign the hard working backman.

“It’s great to have Kyle commit to the Club for the next three years,” Reid said.

“He’s impressed ever since he arrived at West Lakes as a rookie in 2012 with his team-first attitude and willingness to learn.

“To move from the rookie list to becoming an integral member of our back six is a credit to him and our coaching staff.”

He has played every game so far this season, averaging 12.6 disposals, 4.3 marks and 1.7 tackles per game.
