Greater Western Sydney: 2018 Best 22

New faces: After an off-season where GWS lost quality depth while not adding any experienced talent, the best 22 is unlikely to see any new faces. Younger players such as Setterfield and Himmelberg will likely have to step up, while draftee Aiden Bonar could debut if his body holds up after being taken in the first round of the national draft.

On the fringe: Experienced duo Sam Reid and Matt De Boer will provide depth for the Giants and will be called upon at some point in 2018, while youngsters Adam Kennedy and Harry Perryman should both feature next season.
