Gold Coast has delisted key forward Jamarra Ugle-Hagan but is expected to be picking him up in next month's draft.
Ugle-Hagan was one of many players in limbo as the Suns worked through their plan with the former Pick 1 for 2027 ahead of the list lodgement on October 31st.
Ugle-Hagan has agreed to a one-year extension, but will need to wait until November 20 for his AFL spot to be locked in.
Ugle-Hagan had a trigger in his 2026 deal that would've extended his time at the Suns automatically had he played more. He only featured three times.
Gold Coast is tight for list spots after welcoming Collingwood champion Scott Pendlebury as well as Hawthorn duo Sam Butler and Aidan Schubert.
They farewelled Ben King, who joined the Hawks as a free agent, while Nick Holman (retired), Cooper Bell (delisted), Asher Eastham (delisted) and Caleb Graham (delisted) all departed.
The Suns also delisted Elliott Himmelberg with a view to redrafting him, while Ben Jepson has been signed for 2027.
Himmelberg previously played 50 AFL matches for Adelaide, but is yet to feature at senior level for the SUNS after battling several serious injury setbacks.
Jepson debuted in 2025 after he signed as an SSP prospect. He played five games this year.
Cricket convert Zak Evans is also contracted for 2027.
Gold Coast currently holds selections 8, 81, 85 and 103 in the 2026 Telstra AFL Draft to be held on Thursday, November 19 and Friday, November 20.
