Hot off the heels of both Darcy Moore and Mitch Cleary slipping up on Thursday night, we've rounded up some of the most iconic AFL F bombs.

The AFL has a long history with profanity. While most people try to keep it together, particularly in front of the cameras (it is a nationwide broadcast after all) there are always the occasional little expletives that sneak through in the heat of the moment.

Whether it's a player, a commentator or even an interviewer, everyone slips up sometimes. And we all enjoy having a good chuckle at them when they do.

4Moore's mistake

The accidental F bomb saga has continued into 2026, with Darcy Moore slipping up following a draw to Hawthorn.

The key defender was celebrating his first game back post injury when he gave away a free kick to Hawthorn, the kick that allowed the Hawks to score after the siren and even the score.

When asked how he was feeling after the game, Moore didn't mince words.

"Yeah, f**ked...sorry, excuse my language."
