South Australian defender Leek Aleer will succeed Matt Buntine's locker after claiming the No.21 jumper, while Academy selection Josh Fahey will pull on the No.34 in the orange and charcoal.
Delisted free agency recruit Jarrod Brander is set to replace Jeremy Finalyson's locker, with the former Eagle set to line up in the No.31.
Mid-Season draftee James Peatling will swap the No.45 jumper for the No.20 - which was last worn by Tom Hutchesson.
The Giants will begin their 2022 campaign against cross-town rival Sydney at Accor Stadium on Saturday, March 19.
