Giants veteran Heath Shaw is expected to be delisted by the club, with the defender reportedly keen to play on in Victoria for 2021.

It is understood that Shaw has accepted Greater Western Sydney's decision and will depart the club in favour of a move to Melbourne, according to The Herald Sun.

Shaw has spent seven seasons with the Giants, playing 152 games and winning the club's best and fairest in 2015.

The 34-year-old will hope for a position with a Melbourne club, but could be open to a coaching role if his playing options are limited.
