Bailey Smith and Jeremy Cameron headline the club's injury list after managing soreness throughout the season, with Geelong confirming the pair will go under the knife following the completion of the season.
Cameron has been playing sore all year since breaking his arm in last year's grand final loss to Brisbane.
The Cats confirmed the Coleman Medallist will undergo "revision surgery" on his forearm, but is expected to be available for the return of pre-season training in November, and a return to contact in the new year.
Smith has undergone right shoulder surgery for a chronic shoulder complaint he managed throughout the year.
The gun midfielder will follow a similar timeline to Cameron, with the club anticipating Smith to be at full strength in the new year.
Ruckman Mitch Edwards will undergo a minor arthroscopic procedure on his right knee. The surgery is not expected to impact his pre-season preparation.
Fellow ruckman and VFL player Rhys Stanley has been ruled out of the club's grand final this weekend against Box Hill Hawks after sustaining a pectoral injury on the weekend.
“Jeremy has shown incredible resilience and professionalism in the way he's managed himself this season and given himself every opportunity to be available for the team. With the season now finished, surgery is the best course of action to ensure he is in the strongest possible position heading into pre-season," Geelong football boss Andrew Mackie said.
“Bailey has managed a chronic shoulder complaint during the season; surgery will provide the best pathway for his recovery and preparation for 2027.”
