Geelong forward Jeremy Cameron and midfielder Cameron Guthrie have shared the honour of the 2022 Carji Greeves Medal winner as the Cats' best and fairest.

The award comes just days after the club's premiership win over Sydney, which saw both Cameron and Guthrie claim their maiden premiership medallions.

Their decorated weeks has continued, with the pair acknowledged for their efforts across the season to take home the 2022 best and fairest in a tie.

The duo both managed to poll 113 votes at Thursday night's ceremony, nine votes ahead of podium finisher and All-Australian Mark Blicavs.

The split gong sees Guthrie earn his second Carji Greeves Medal after claiming the honour in 2020, while Cameron has won his second best and fairest following his Kevin Sheedy Medal with GWS in 2013.

Cameron booted 65 goals from 24 games for the Cats in his second season with the club, while Guthrie collected the most disposals among the premiers for the 2022 season.
