Fremantle gun forward Josh Treacy is a lock to make his way into the Australian Football Hall of Fame, according to Zero Hanger's Mark Stevens.
Stevens, speaking on Zero Hanger's The Outer Wing powered by TabTouch, discussed Treacy's emergence as one of the stars of the AFL, and why he will join the prestigious club after he finishes his career.
"I'll call it now. Josh Treacy will be in the Australian Football Hall of Fame," Stevens said.
"I think he will be captain. I think he's a certainty. He is a superstar. He's only going to get better. You know why, he's a pure footballer. He does the right thing at the right time. He does the team things. He's not just an athlete.

"Wayne Carey is clearly the best footballer I've seen and you can see a little bit of the Duck in Treacy."
WA journalist Digby Beacham, sitting opposite Stevens, agreed with the trajectory Treacy is on amid producing another scintillating season at such a young age.
"I've got a lot of man crushes at the purple football club, but this young man, pick seven in the rookie draft in 2020," Beacham said.
"He's still only 23. He's closing in on 100 games. For mine, he's the best power forward in the competition. He's going to play 250 games for this Fremantle Football Club.
"I think in time he will be the captain. There's been the comparisons to Wayne Carey in the way he goes about it. He's got wonderful hands. He should be an All-Australian for mine.
"And again, he was a rookie draft selection. A lot of clubs would be sitting back and scratching their heads and saying, 'How did we see Josh Treacy arrive at Fremantle via the rookie draft'. It's unfathomable.
"And respectfully to other key forwards who have been very, very effective, you want your big, key forwards to play like men.

"To be that imposing as an individual, and Josh Treacy is everything that you want from a power forward. He's a beauty. He's one of the standout players in the competition."
Treacy has kicked 45 and 44 goals in the past two seasons, and is on track to eclipse his goal-kicking record this year.
In the Dockers' almost unblemished record, sitting atop the AFL ladder, the 'big Kahuna' has piled on 34 majors in 14 outings as the leader of the "three-headed beast" that is Jye Amiss and Patrick Voss.
