Kysaiah Pickett has established himself as a match-winner on a more regular basis than ever before, and "moneyball" acquisitions of years gone by (Harry Sharp, for example) are really strutting their stuff for a Demons side playing a brand of attacking football as intoxicating as it is potent.
King has touched on the club's preparedness to deal its first-round picks, for the right player/s, but just who are the players that could make the jump to the red and the blue this off-season?

Jeremy Sharp
The athletic Fremantle wingman is playing exceptional footy for the ladder-leading club's WAFL affiliate, the Peel Thunder.
He's too good not to be playing senior football, even if it means finding a third club.
The Demons could very well be that third club.
Sharp is out of contract at the end of 2027, but Fremantle need to be eyes wide open to the idea of clubs coming for their fringe talent, as flagged by Zero Hanger's Marcus Beeck, in recent times.
Sharp would own the wide expanses of the MCG, and has the engine that Melbourne's high-octane offence demands.
