West Coast's assistance package from the AFL is hoped to help the struggling WA side eventually turn its fortunes back toward September contention.
The addition of Pick 19 is a friendly boost to their draft plans, adding to first-round Picks 1, 2 (via Oscar Allen's exit) and 15 (via West Coast), while the Eagles also hold the opening selection for the second night of the draft.
The addition of four extra rookie list spots will also give West Coast great flexibility in building their list, with the advantage in place for the next three years.
What they choose to do with these new vacancies will be intriguing, as the club could look to bring in experienced AFL talent to aid their burgeoning squad.
The Eagles will be able to add some of the best overlooked draftees in late November if they choose to do so, while state league level stars - much like Mid-Season Draft addition Tom McCarthy - will also hold value.
Here we look at five options for how West Coast could use their four new list spots.
3. Jackson Voss
The son of ex-Saint Brett Voss, Jackson was one of this year's breakout players in the VFL as he helped lead Frankston to a preliminary final finish.
The Dolphins defender averaged 26.1 disposals, 6.4 marks and 3.5 inside 50s as a player who can roll across half-back or run through the middle.
His explosive run and smart kicking catches the eye, while Voss is just as reliable in being accountable for his man on the other end of possession.

The 24-year-old is another who could replicate what Tom McCarthy has managed to do in a short time at AFL level, and it doesn't hurt that the Eagles recruit is close mates with Voss.
