LATE CHANGE: Crows make second late change for Eagles clash

Adelaide and West Coast have finalised their lineups for the match at Adelaide Oval.

The Crows revealed on Friday that Tom Lynch would be held out of the game due to a hamstring injury, with Paul Seedsman taking his place in the side.

They have made a second late change, with David Mackay (illness) getting replaced by Riley Knight.

The Eagles will go in as named.
