Ranking the top 10 Giants I've seen was an enjoyable yet fairly straight-forward task given the club is only 15 seasons old.
From the originals, prized picks and draftees to those who have extended their careers with the Orange Team, there's been a plethora of talent from day dot.
While GWS is yet to win its first premiership, 19 finals, a Grand Final appearance, four preliminary finals and finals campaigns in seven of the last nine seasons point to a perennial contender.
The genuine superstars have made an impact but those who have helped build the culture and character and set the standards are as worthy of recognition.
Apologies: Heath Shaw, Jesse Hogan, Finn Callaghan, Tom Scully
6Sam Taylor
The best full back in the modern competition when healthy and unfortunately injuries have hampered recent campaigns and in turn hurt the Giants.
A two-time All Australian, most recently last year where he led the competition in both total (70) and average (3.9) intercept marks a game.
Rarely beaten in a contest and with the safest of hands, Taylor is currently GWS' most important player.
