West Coast utility Simon Tunbridge has ruptured his left anterior cruciate ligament at training on Monday.

Tunbrigde suffered the injury when he fell awkwardly while changing direction.

He will require a full knee reconstruction and looks set to miss the entire 2017 season.

The 23-year-old joined the Eagles in 2012, via the Rookie Draft and has played 10 games for the club.
