The West Coast Eagles have revealed 11 new player numbers for 2018 after a busy off-season.

Excitement machine and former WAFL star Liam Ryan will take the No.1 guernsey from retiree Sam Mitchell.

Ryan was drafted at pick 26 after kicking 73 goals for Subiaco in 2017 and is set to entertain Eagles fans in the number one for years to come.

Second year defender Francis Watson will wear the number 26 previously jumper worn by 2006 premiership player Sam Butler, who retired at the end of the season.

The Eagles' first pick Jarrod Brander will wear number 10, while Oscar Allen has been handed number 12.

Fellow draftee Brayden Ainsworth will don the number 33, Jack Petruccelle has taken 21 from Drew Petrie and Hamish Brayshaw has received the number 22.

Brendon Ah Chee, recruited from Port Adelaide during the trade period, will continue to wear the number 41 guernsey in his new colours.

Rookie's Ryan Burrows (32), Tony Olango (40) and Callan England (46) were also handed their 2018 jumper numbers.

The Eagles have elected to temporarily retire club legend Matt Priddis' number 11 jumper.
