Former Collingwood player Lachie Sullivan will play for the Morewell Football Club over the next two seasons following his departure from the Pies.
Sullivan played 29 games in the black and white after he was selected via the SSP ahead of the 2024 season.
The experienced midfielder dominated the VFL for the Footscray Bulldogs before he earned his chance on an AFL list.
"The club is thrilled to announce the signing of Lachie Sullivan for the 2027 and 2028 seasons," Morewell's club statement said.
"Lachie joins us from Collingwood, where he played 29 AFL games after being recruited as an SSP Rookie ahead of the 2024 season. Before that, he enjoyed an outstanding stint with Footscray in the VFL, captaining the club and claiming back-to-back Best and Fairest awards in 2022 and 2023.
"With his proven leadership, experience, and talent, Lachie is an exciting addition to our playing group. We look forward to seeing him in the yellow and black and the impact he will make both on and off the field."
The Tigers are in the Gippsland League. They finished seventh in 2026, claiming six wins from 18 games.
Sullivan was farewelled by the Pies alongside Joel Cochran, Wil Parker, Mitch Podhajski, Jakob Ryan and Iliro Smit.
