Gold Coast defender Oleg Markov has been subbed out of the Suns' clash with rivals Brisbane in the opening quarter of the clash.
Markov was replaced by Will Brodie early into the match, with the dashing Suns defender's ruled out with a suspected hamstring injury.

Youngster Sam Flanders also came under attention of the Suns' medical staff after copping a knock to the jaw, while tall Caleb Graham is also battling a corked thigh.
The Suns were off to a pacey start to the QClash at the Gabba, with the Lions having since bridged the deficit in the first stanza.
