Dal Santo predicts his top seven of 2020

Nick Dal Santo has spoken on SEN Breakfast on Monday morning, and has given listeners his early take for the top seven sides in 2020.

Dal Santo couldn't select an eighth side, suggesting there's more of a clear top seven sides in the league, less than a week after the trade period closed.

“I’ve got seven teams and I’m just going to have to throw the eighth in there later,” Dal Santo told SEN Breakfast.

“Richmond, West Coast, GWS, Collingwood, Essendon, Brisbane and the Western Bulldogs.”

It was hard for Dal Santo to select another side to round out the eight, although a notable omission from his top seven sides was Geelong.

Dal Santo went on to rule out Hawthorn from featuring in September.

“The Hawks don’t make the finals,” he said.

“I feel like there is eight better teams than Hawthorn in the competition. I think it is as simple as that.”
