Carlton will leave no stone unturned as they look to fill the coaching vacancy of their AFLW side.

The Blues are advertising the part-time position of ‘Head Coach AFL Women’s Team’ on popular job advertising space SEEK in their search to replace previous coach Damien Keeping.

Keeping departed the club last week after another disappointing season where the Blues finished on the bottom of the ladder.

“The Carlton Football Club is looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to lead the coaching and development of the AFLW team,” the advertisement says.

"The position of Head Coach, Women’s Team, is based at Ikon Park and will be responsible for all facets of coaching, player development, leadership and strategic planning."

Other perks of the job include on-site parking, 20 per cent off Carlton merchandise, discounted Hyundai and Nike products and a competitive salary.

Level 2 AFL Coaching Accreditation or higher is listed as a selection criteria requirement.

The successful applicant will face immediate duress with current captain Brianna Davey reportedly requesting a trade away from Ikon Park.

It is suspected that Collingwood are also considering the future of their AFLW coach Wayne Siekman after they suffered their own successive poor season.
