AFL players and coaches need to learn different ways to address the media when quizzed about their futues.
Speaking on the Six Point AFL Podcast, co-host Daniel Harford slammed some of the AFL's stars responses regarding their plans, taking aim at league veterans Toby Greene and Scott Pendlebury.
Harford also didn't pull up when mentioning Carlton caretaker Josh Fraser, who has played a straight bat since taking over from Michael Voss.
“I tell you what we need. We need a big bucket load of truth syrup sent to all the AFL players, because they're treating us as fools, and maybe a caretaker coach along the journey as well," Harford said.
"They're treating us as fools with some of the reactions and responses we are getting from them after being asked questions about their future.”

Harford couldn't believe the responses Greene and Pendlebury rolled out after being asked about the future of their careers.
The Pies champion spoke on Channel Seven, and provided little indication of his future plans.
"Toby Greene and Scott Pendlebury on the weekend, Greene was asked after the game, after they beat Geelong, have you thought about what your next year might look like? He said, 'no I haven't thought about it'," he said.
“Then Scott Pendlebury yesterday on Channel Seven as part of the coverage of the game at the MCG, asked about what next year might look like, 'No, I haven't thought about it'.
"This is absolute garbage. We need a bucketload of truth syrup sent to these players. Are you telling me that Toby Greene, who's been playing for 300 games, and Scott Pendlebury, 400 games, 40 years between them, haven't thought about what their next step might be, out of contract?”

Six Points co-host Mark Stevens believes Greene's move next season is already pencilled in.
"My mail is that Greene is definitely going to Geelong. I think you can pencil that one in, Tom Green will be the next skipper of GWS.”
“So Toby, I wouldn't have any problem in the world if he left to go to the Cats, he couldn't have done any more for that club.”
As for Pendlebury, he will have autonomy over his future, as Collingwood coach Craig McRae has consistently indicated his intent to retain and rely on his ageing stars, and they'll make the decision when they're ready.
