Hawthorn great Dermott Brereton has revealed that he lost over 11 kilos while on Channel Ten'sย Iโm A Celebrityโฆ Get Me Out Of Here.
โIt was one of the hardest things Iโve done,โ Brereton toldย SEN Breakfast.
โItโs an achievement. Iโm not exactly in showroom condition these days but Iโm not unfit.
Brereton was recently eliminated from the show and is now looking to return to his โnormal weightโ.
โI stepped on the same scales, same outfit earlier today when I exited, I was 88.9. I lost 11.2 kilos.
โIโve been eating chocolate solidly for three hours. Iโm looking at the handrail at the other side of the room and I feel like taking a bite out of it.โ
