The AFL have announced the 12 people who have been asked to join the new Competition Committee.

The Committee will make big decisions around the League and will guide discussion around decisions made for the AFL Commission and AFL Executives on key facets of the game, both in the present and in the future. 

AFL spokesperson Patrick Keane confirmed the following 12 people will be the initial representatives.

Club Presidents - Colin Carter, Eddie McGuire, Peggy Oโ€™Neal.
Club CEOs - Andrew Fagan, Andrew Ireland, Justin Reeves.
Coaches - Chris Fagan, Brad Scott.
Football Managers - Chris Davies, Craig Vozzo.
Players โ€“ Patrick Dangerfield, Steven May.

Keane confirmed representatives will stay on the committee for a maximum of three years, with the AFL hoping to hear from all clubs in the near future thanks to rotation of the representatives on the committee.
