The 22Under22 side for the 2026 AFL season has been named, with Brisbane leading the way, managing four selections.

The Lions boast the likes of Will Ashcroft, Darcy Wilmot, Logan Morris and Jaspa Fletcher in the side.

North Melbourne have three players named, with Harry Sheezel named as captain, alongside Colby McKercher and Cooper Trembath, while West Coast also has Reuben Ginbey, Harley Reid and Willem Duursma.

Sheezel has made it four from four selections.

Carlton has two players in Harry Dean and Jagga Smith, as do Essendon (Nate Caddy and Archie Roberts) and Hawthorn (Josh Weddle and Nick Watson).

For a player to be eligible for selection in the squad, they must be 22 or under for the entirety of the season (including Grand Final Day, 26 September) and have played a minimum of 12 games in 2026.

Western Bulldogs champion Marcus Bontempelli leads the competition with five selections.
