Hawthorn star Jack Ginnivan is a high-profile target for the incoming Tasmania Devils.
The AFL's soon-to-be 19th club is making a list of rival players to go after, and Ginnivan, given his presence on and off the field, is one they're keen to bring to the Apple Isle.

Freo great urge Dockers to push for Neale
Fremantle great Paul Hasleby wants the Dockers to entertain a move for Lachie Neale, but not at the expense of the club.
Neale is weighing up his future and has offers from Collingwood that have blown rivals out of the water.
But Hasleby, given Fremantle's top-of-the-ladder position, believes his former club is more enticing as a destination.
And they should offer no more than two years, but wait until the end of the year.

West Coast pushing for improved Sun
The Eagles won't die wondering and have shown preliminary interest in Gold Coast defender Joel Jeffrey.
Suns coach Damien Hardwick went on the offensive a fortnight ago, declaring Jeffrey, along with Bailey Humphrey, who are contracted, will not be going anywhere as long as he's coach.
However, it hasn't stopped West Coast from showing interest, according to Fox Footy.
St Kilda has also been a club looking to bolster its defensive line.
Collingwood defender laments controversial rule
Jeremy Howe has voiced his distaste about the controversial 'stand rule'.
"I don't like it," Howe said.
"For me, it's just a bad optic. It doesn't look great when you've got guys facing the wrong way, or standing there looking like witches hat, and asking the question.
"I'm not sure how many people enjoy it. I get the flow of the game, handball receive, they get offence going."

Young Dog, Hawk tipped to re-sign
Western Bulldogs and Hawthorn are expected to lock away a pair of youngsters until 2029.
Cooper Hynes is poised to sign a new deal with the Bulldogs after emerging as a future star of the Whitten Oval club, while Aidan Schubert is tipped to receive an extension, according to AFL Media.
