Adelaide key forward Taylor Walker should expect scrutiny from the Match Review Officer (MRO) after shoving Geelong defender Connor O'Sullivan into a marking contest during Thursday night's clash.
The AFL and MRO have begun cracking down on this action following a series of incidents in 2025 that sparked a change in adjudication.
In the third term, Walker bumped O'Sullivan into a contest, but made no play on the ball himself, which will likely prompt MRO intervention.

The outcome of the action put Jordan Dawson in a vulnerable position as the young Cat tunnelled Adelaide's captain.
Working in Walker's favour is that both players came away unscathed from the incident, but the action was dangerous.
The umpire awarded O'Sullivan a free kick as Dawson clutched at his hip.
Geelong star Tom Stewart may have a question to answer following his bump on Adelaide forward Callum Ah Chee.
On the stroke of half-time, Stewart opted to bump Ah Chee after he knocked on the ball, instead of bracing.
"I thought I got him up the middle. I hope I didn't get him high. My intent was never to get him high."

The Crows recruit wasn't directly hit in the head, but the MRO will definitely assess the incident.
Ah Chee continued playing the game before a hamstring injury ruled him out.
"I thought I got him up the middle. I hope I didn't get him high. My intent was never to get him high," Stewart said on Channel Seven.
