Fremantle and Hawthorn will kick off week one of the AFL Finals with a Thursday night clash at Optus Stadium.
The Dockers claimed the minor premiership and earned the best slot for an all-out assault on a maiden flag, with the Hawks set to travel to Perth next week.
Sydney, who followed shortly behind in second place, will host Brisbane at the SCG in a Saturday twilight fixture.
The elimination finals, which are yet to be confirmed given the Wildcard Round is yet to play out, will slot in amongst the pair of qualifying final clashes.
In previous years, one clash will be held on Friday night, with the winner likely set to play the loser of Fremantle and Hawthorn.
The other will be played following the qualifying final between the Swans and Lions, with the victor set to take on the loser of that clash.
Geelong and Adelaide are awaiting their opponents, which will be derived from Melbourne, Western Bulldogs, Collingwood and Carlton.
The Cats, who finished fifth, will face the lowest-ranked Wildcard Round winner on Friday night at the MCG; the Crows will take on the higher-ranked Wildcard Round winner on Saturday at Adelaide Oval.
