With AFL Evolution set for a release date of May 5, the game's developers have released each player's ratings.

Wicked Witch also released the team ratings for each side, although collating most of the data before the season may have already backfired for them.

Both Hawthorn and Sydney - two of the three winless sides to start the season - have the highest team rating in the game of 81.

Most other sides are rated between 77 and 80, with Carlton as the lowest rated side in the competition at 76.

2015 Brownlow Medallist Nat Fyfe leads all players with a rating of 94, with he and Gary Ablett (93) the only two players rated over 91.

Melbourne's Clayton Oliver has an unusual rating however, as the 19-year-old is rated just 65, but that's because he's listed as a ruckman.

When changed to a midfielder he lifts to a rating of 74, which is more respectable for a player who's averaged 33 disposals a game to start 2017.
