South Australian Harley Barker is a 187cm midfielder from Sturt.

Barker was one half of South Australia's lethal wing combination this year, partnering with Central District outside ball winner Matt LeRay to complement SA's inside midfielders.

Barker, as well as LeRay, was named on the wing in the U18s All-Australian team, with the duo among seven Croweaters to feature in the side following the state's undefeated National Championships run.

Barker was integral in the side's success, offering pace, precision and almost an unmatched work rate up the flank of the field.

His ball movement inside 50 was clinical, while his effort on the defensive end didn't go unnoticed.

Barker played just one SANFL U18s game for Sturt following his commitments with SA, as an ACL injury brought his draft campaign to an abrupt end.

The setback will eat into the start of Barker's AFL career, which is littered with promise as a pure outside runner.

The athletically gifted teenager remains in first-round contention despite his injury, and comes in at 21st overall in Craft of the Draft's top 50 power rankings for November.

Fremantle, North Melbourne, Essendon and Adelaide would sit among the sides that may see Barker as a need in their list builds while having selections in his draft range.
