New faces: Bryce Gibbs is the big-name recruit the Crows snared in the trade period from Carlton, a gun midfielder who will boost an already star-studded line-up. Sam Gibson is another fresh face who could feature in the 22, an elite runner who adds reliability and experience.

On the fringe: First-round pick Darcy Fogarty is a quality forward who is expected to be a star long-term and could feature in 2018. Other depth players include Curtly Hampton, Cam Ellis-Yolmen, Kyle Cheney, Andy Otten, Alex Keath and Wayne Milera.
