After a much-anticipated and dramatic final day to the 2022 AFL home and away season, the top eight and finals week one matchups are set.

Having claimed the minor premiership, Geelong will host Collingwood in the first qualifying final, with the match scheduled at the MCG for Saturday, September 3 at 7:50pm (all times AEST)

The second qualifying final will see Melbourne host Sydney, also at the MCG, on the Friday at 7:50pm.

Brisbane and Richmond will clash in an elimination final at the Gabba on the Thursday night at 7:20pm, while the other 'win or go home' game will see Fremantle and the Western Bulldogs face off at Optus Stadium on the Saturday night at 8:10pm.

The loser of Geelong vs Collingwood will face the winner of Fremantle vs Bulldogs, while the loser of Melbourne vs Sydney will face the winner of Brisbane vs Richmond.
