The definition of a swingman is a player who can shift between attack and defence during a contest or on a game-to-game basis, not just a utility that has played multiple positions throughout their career.

There were dozens to choose from, but here are our top five.

2. Harry Taylor

Taylor is clearly a valuable asset in defensive 50 for the Cats, but the veteran has been more than capable of producing a goal for his side when need be.

The 33-year-old has been known to grab games by the scruff of the neck when providing a forward cameo. Among his best exploits would be Taylor kicking four goals on Alex Rance in 2017. while

He also played key roles down back in Geelong's 2009 and 2011 premiership triumphs.
