Has been the pick of the bunch when it comes to defenders in 2021 and was magnificent once again albeit in a tight loss to the Swans.

The versatile defender had 28 touches against Sydney to go along with his eight marks and over 650 metres.

Lachie Ash

The Giants' young gun was influential in the club's first win of the season, playing a key role in his rotation through the backline.

Ended the night with 28 disposals, 11 marks and used the ball at 82% efficiency. Polled six MVP Votes for Round 4.

Aliir Aliir

Looks to be one of the best recruits of the season. Aliir stood tall against Tom Lynch and ended the night as one of the Power's best.

Had 23 touches and took six marks for his efforts.

Dan Houston

An all-round performance for the 23-year-old against the reigning premiers, amassing 23 touches, five marks, seven tackles and booted a brilliant goal late.

Has taken his game to a new level this year and seems to be getting better every week.
