Young West Coast midfielder Isiah Winder has been subbed out of Saturday's clash with Adelaide after suffering a knee injury in the final quarter of game at Adelaide Oval.

The Eagles brought medical substitute Patrick Naish into the game midway through the fourth term after Winder was ruled out of the final moments of the match.

Winder recorded eight possessions and two tackles in the game, which sees the Eagles behind by 21 points at the time of writing.

The injury adds to an extensive casualty ward at West Coast, who lost Jeremy McGovern prior to the opening bounce due to a back complaint.

Nic Naitanui (knee), Jack Petruccelle (hamstring), Willie Rioli (hamstring) and Liam Ryan (hamstring) are currently sidelined, while Dom Sheed (ankle) and Elliot Yeo (calf) were named in the WAFL this weekend.

The Eagles are also set to be without Oscar Allen (foot), Campbell Chesser (ankle), Tom Cole (ankle) and Luke Edwards (groin) for the remainder of the season.

Meanwhile, Crows debutant Patrick Parnell was also subbed out of the match after suffering a corked thigh, also in the last stanza.

A collision with Eagles defender Brady Hough left Parnell requiring medical attention on the sidelines after slowly arising to his feet.

YAdelaide midfielder Harry Schoenberg was brought into the match for Parnell, who recorded 15 touches in his first game at AFL level.

West Coast are scheduled for their bye next week before facing Geelong at home, while the Crows will join the Eagles with a Round 13 bye before facing the Suns at Metricon.
