Oranje lost in the semi-finals on penalties in Brazil 2014, and then went on to not qualify for both the 2016 Euros and Russia 2018.
Both sides have stacked midfields who love getting their hands (or feet) on the ball and are ever industrious in their work.
The Dutch are perhaps a little further along in their rebuild than Adelaide, but the Crows are on the right track with the talent they have.
