Villain shows his wholesome colours
With just over four minutes to go in the grand final, Pat Voss kicked his third to put Fremantle up by 17 points.
When he tugged at his jumper and celebrated to the crowd, there was a sense Fremantle just about had it won.
And...well, everyone knows what happened next.
Post game, it was Voss who got around to his teammates and picked them up from the canvas, off the ground to walk off the MCG as they were left in disbelief about what happened.
Longmuir told his players on the ground to have each other's back and it was Voss who best lived that.
