Terry Wallace is renowned in football circles as knowing the in's and out's of each club's list. 

This afternoon, Wallace named one player from each club set to take their game to the next level this season, with just one criteria in place: they had to have finished outside the top ten in their club's best and fairest last year. 

Some names on the list are expected while some others may have you questioning 'The List Manager's' thoughts. So here are his picks for all 18 teams:
